Kankles |
What are kankles?
This is a term referring to the body part where the ankle is located, but is not visible due to when the calf has so much fat on it that it blends with the ankle forming a kankle or the absence of an ankle where it appears the lower leg grows straight into the foot.
Although Kankles may be a relatively new term, the condition is not. For years when people have gone to get this condition treated one way or another they have been told there is nothing that can be done.
This is no longer true.
The problem in the past has been a lack of understanding of just exactly what causes kankles. Many doctors and physical trainers have been under the assumption that it is just fatty tissue and a little exercise would take care of them. In fact that is still the prevailing opinion n- BUT IT IS NOT TRUE (not entirely anyway).
Kankles are actually caused by three main conditions: Fatty Tissue, Nutrients (diet), and Blood Circulation.
If one were to treat these conditions separately, nothing would happen. So all three need to be treated but how in the world is that done? You could go to an herbalist, a doctor, a trainer, and a physical therapist... Wow I bet that would cost a lot.
Or, you could find a program specifically developed to rid people of this condition permanently. The trouble is that there is really only one program that does. It really isn't much trouble because it is available online and doesn't cost very much- but it does work.
