Getting Rid Of Cankles

Getting rid of cankles is easy if you follow the Bye Bye Cankles program.

Getting rid of cankles is really important to those of us who have big fat ankles! Keep Reading to find out the best way for getting rid of cankles (or just see the link at the bottom of this article)

The struggle for getting rid of your cankles can be serious. Imagine when you put on a pair of shoes and sandals, and then embarrassment washes over you as you cannot make out the beginning of your calf muscle. I know, some find this very insignificant, but it can harm your self esteem. Many suffer from having cankles, and will go to crazy extremes in getting rid of their cankles.

For those that do not know, or are unsure, cankles is when your calf muscle and ankle look as one with no curvature that many people find sexy or as a sign of being fit. For most, it’s a beauty thing, but it can on some occasions be the sign of something more serious like gout or possibly heart disease. If you feel your cankles are abnormal, don’t be afraid to ask your doctor on your next checkup.

Getting rid of your cankles can help you if it is constantly bothering you or on your mind. After seeing your doctor (to make sure its not some serious condition or disease), you can take some simple steps (literally) to get rid of you cankles.

Walking is one of the best ways to exercise your legs and ankles. It is low impact, and you can do it anytime of the day, weather permitting of course. Just 20 minutes a day can make a huge difference in your life. You may not lose tons of weight, but you do burn calories, speed up your metabolism (which burns even more calories), and build some muscle(which needs more calories). With some of the weight off your ankles, this will help reduce swelling and their size. How much varies from person to person, but it will help your overall health. You have everything to win.

Drink plenty of water, and eat less salty foods. Sodium can make you retain water, ( or causes swelling, including your ankles), and drinking more water will help you from retaining it as well. When you are properly hydrated, your body does not need to retain as much. As long as the water you drink is healthy, you should be in good shape.

Some people go the quick route and use diet pills, or take more drastic measures for getting rid of cankles with cankle surgery (ankle liposuction). I do not recommend this, and once again, see your doctor and get second opinions. Quick fixes generally do not work. Lifestyle changes with exercising and eating right will help in getting rid of cankles.
